Biography:
Upon completion of his surgical residency at Loyola University in Chicago, he spent 30 years on the active surgical staff at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, CA. While he spent 9 years on the open-heart surgical team where at that time the team had the privilege of performing First Lady Betty Ford’s open-heart surgery. Since then, he was the founder of the first comprehensive breast center in the Coachella Valley in 1988. He was the author of his country’s first large-scale breast cancer prevention clinical trial using Tamoxifen (FDA IND 34,223).
Since then, he has pioneered The Lavender Way/Lavender Procedure a method to treat breast without surgery, no chemotherapy, no radiation, and no hospital.
