Biography:
Yi-Chih Liang received his master’s degree from National Taiwan University and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences, National Sun Yat-sen University, Taiwan. His doctoral research focuses on the role of N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification in oncogenic RNA. Clinically, he is a genetic counselor at Kaohsiung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, where he interprets genetic reports generated by next-generation sequencing (NGS) and provides counseling for both hereditary diseases and cancer-related conditions. He also serves as a co-principal investigator for the Rare Disease Care Program supported by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Taiwan.
