Biography:
Dr. Rozsival studied general medicine at Charles University, Prague. graduated as Medical Doctor in 1974. 1974 - 1979: postgraduate student, Department of Ophthalmology, School of Medicine, Hradec Králové, Charles University, Prague, 1980 - 1984: scientific assistant, Department of Ophthalmology, School of Medicine, Hradec Králové, 1984 - 1986: Head of Department of Ophthalmology, Teplice, 1986 - 1993: Head of Regional Department of Ophthalmology, Ústí nad Labem, 1993 - 2015: Head of Clinic of Ophthalmology, School of Medicine, Hradec Králové, Charles University, Prague, 2015 – until now: surgeon and consultant in ophthalmology. 1991 - Associated professor (Thesis: Glaucoma research), 1996 - Professor of ophthalmology (Thesis: Development of IOL implantation) Published nationally and internationally 535 articles and presented over 890 lectures.
