Biography:
Sergei Mikhailovich Zuev, born on November 18, 1985, in Ulyanovsk, Russia, is a researcher in the field of condensed state physics. With a Ph.D. from Ulyanovsk State University, he has led numerous research projects, including those funded by grants from the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, Russian Science Foundation and the Foundation for the Advancement of Innovations. S.M. Zuev is currently an Associate Professor of the Department of Optoelectronic Devices and Systems at the Russian Technological University (MIREA) in Moscow. His work spans physics, electronics, and laser systems, and he has published extensively in these fields. S.M. Zuev has authored over 100 scientific works, including publications indexed in Scopus (https://www.scopus.com/authid/detail.uri?authorId=7003404553). He also holds several patents and has received honors for his academic and professional achievements. S.M. Zuev is also recognized for his contributions to education, having completed various professional development programs.
