Biography:
Dr. Wu studied Food Science and Engineering at the Dalian Polytechnic University, China and graduated with an MS in 2005. She then joined the research group of Prof. Nakamura at the Okayama University, Japan and received her Ph.D. degree in 2008. After graduation, she joined the research group of Academician Zhu and obtained the position of a Lecturer at the School of Food Science and Technology at Dalian Polytechnic University. In 2013, she became an Associate Professor at the National Engineering Research Center of Seafood and became a Professor in 2019. She has published almost 60 research articles in SCI(E) journals.
