Abstract:
The cancer drugs(SBDD) generally blocks cell signaling but it also blocks disintegration of lunar gravity(705) and electronic time(27 or 27*0.0019 = 0.0513 or 513) that would not co-exists driving to protein synthesis until neutralization of 27 e.g. 609(AFP) + 291 = 900 where 609 – 291 = 318 = 291 + 27 and 705(lunar gravity) + 513(electronic time) = 1218 or 318. While 777 – 705 = 72(or 468, 72*0.0019 = 0.1368 or 468) and conversely 777(Earth’s or Lunar Time) + 705 = 1482 or 582 = 900 – 318 causes cardiotoxicity.
Proliferation Mechanism: The two components 539(or 955 or 164) and 329(or 32*23 = 736) makes 736 + 164 = 900 while 539 + 329 = 868 = 900 – 32. If 32 transferred beyond 900 proliferation initiates making a difference of 100 = 967(193) – 868 = 99 with a directional difference of 1 i.e. 100 where 67 + 55(i.e. 955) = 122 = 222(CC) – 100 and 55 + 32 = 87 = 222 – 135(A) that linked to t-RNA. Again, 193 + 100 = 293(differential form of 329) and 109 + 32 = 141(or 679) causing influx of electro-gravitational impulses(107) where 141 + 107 = 248 that compatible to histidine(155.1552) structure.
Ponatinib(532.560 g/mol): The drug is associated with T315I mutation where the core values of Threonine(119.1197) = 119*0.0019 – 0.1197 = 0.1064 or 1064 = 532*2 and that of Isoleucine(131.1736) = 753 = 533 + 220(i.e. 560*2) and 532 + 560 = 1092 = 777 + 315 and conversely, 705 – 513(reverse of 315) = 192= 195 – 3 where 705 + 195 = 900. In downstream pathways of TKI = 281 + 106(influx) = 387 that neutralizes by 387 + 3 = 390(tyr neutral point) = 777 – 387 and 705 – 390 = 315. The values 192 is reverse blocking of 291 and 315 + 3 = 318 in the structure causing cardiotoxicity.
BRAF V600E metastatic melanoma: The mutational values = 754(val core values) – 594(glu core values under suppression) = 160 = 159 + 1 and conversely 754 + 594 = 1348 or 448 = 449 – 1 where 15*51 = 765 = 900 – 135 and 44*44 = 1936 or 136 shows positive and negative meeting at a point causing cancer where 29(i.e. 734 – 705) + 106(influx) = 135(A, a t-RNA factor).
The drug Vemurafenib(489.920) shows 705 + 215(i.e. 109 + 106) = 920 and 777 + 512(reverse of 215) = 1289 or 389 = 489 – 100(blocking) and 318 + 171(directional change)= 489 causing cardiotoxicity.
Ventoclax(868.440): It is seen 868 +440 = 1308(or 408) = 736 + 572(intrinsically neutral point) where 868 = 539 + 329 and 440 = 539 – 99.
Doxorubicin(543.520): A natural product used in chemotherapy where 543 + 520 = 1063 or 163 where 571 – 163 = 408 and 1308 – 765(i.e. 159) = 543 and correspondingly 582*2 = 1164 = 1063 + 101 shows cardiotoxicity.
Ivabradine(468.585) and Dexrazoxane(268.269): The two drugs shows analogy in a way 468(72) + 585 = 1053 or 153 = 513 – 360(i.e 359 + 1) and 585 – 468 = 117 where 26*62 = 1612 or 712(reverse of 117) and 712 – 513 = 199 = 468 – 268 with a directional difference of 1.
Mathematically, 153 + 117 = 270 = 540/2 or 36*2= 72 where 540 = 468 + 72 = 734 + 705 + 1 and also 48*84(i.e.489)= 4032 or 432 = 900 - 468 that breaking the fusions in treatment.
