Biography:
Jeanne Andary is Associate Professor of Analytical and Food Chemistry and Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Modern University for Business and Science (MUBS). She earned her PhD with jury felicitations from AgroParisTech in 2011, specializing in chemometrics, food analysis, and agro-industrial waste valorization. Her research focuses on green chemistry, olive waste valorization, furans, polyphenols, and sustainable environmental management. She has taught at several Lebanese universities, supervised numerous research projects, and is a member of the Global Food Regulatory Science Society (GFoRSS) and AOAC International.
