Biography:
Dr. Ji-Min earned his PhD in Food Science and Biotechnology from Zhejiang University, China, in 2023. Following his graduation, he became a post-doctoral researcher in the esteemed research group led by Prof. Xing-Jiang Qi and Prof. Chong-De Sun at Xianghu Laboratory, Zhejiang University. His primary focus is on studying plant nutrition and exploring the bioactivity of natural products. Dr. Ji-Min's research spans diverse areas, including nanotechnology engineering, food science and technology, food chemical analysis, and investigations into the bioactivity of natural compounds.
