Biography:
Zerong Wang earned his B.Sc. in Chemistry from Lanzhou University in 1989 and completed his M.S. and Ph.D. in Physical Organic Chemistry at Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 1992 and 1995, respectively. He conducted postdoctoral research at the University of California, Berkeley, USA, and York University, Canada, from 1996 to 2000. Dr. Wang later joined the Institute for Biological Sciences at the National Research Council of Canada before moving to the University of Houston Clear Lake. Dr. Wang's contributions to the field are significant, with nearly 30 peer-reviewed scientific articles and 14 referenced books.
