Kanchan Rawat

Kanchan Rawat is a Ph.D. research Scholar in the field of materials science and computational condensed-matter physics. She received her MSc. Physics degree from H.N.B Garhwal University, Uttarakhand and is currently affiliated with department of Physics at National Institute of Technology Uttarakhand. Her research focuses on first-principles investigations of alkaline earth metal based-transition and post transition double perovskite materials, including their structural, optoelectronic, photocatalytic, and thermoelectric properties. Her work aims to develop and understand multifunctional materials for sustainable-energy and high-temperature thermoelectric applications.
