Biography:

Opeyemi is a graduate-entry 3rd year Dental Student at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria with a first degree in Physiology from the University of Ibadan. His research interests span Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Cancer Biology, Dentistry and Infectious Diseases. He Currently serves as the founding President of Nigeria and West Africa’s first undergraduate student surgical society, based at Ahmadu Bello University. Additionally, he is the Assistant Specialty Lead for Maxillofacial Surgery at the Surgery Interest Group of Africa and the Editor-In-Chief of InquestX, the official publication of the Ahmadu Bello University Medical Students’ Research Club.
