Biography:

Viacheslav Burlov received the degrees of specialist in flight theory (1972), Doctor of Technical Sciences in cybernetics and systems analysis (1979), and Professor of technical sciences in cybernetics and systems analysis (1999). Burlov is a well-known scientist in the fields of management, systems research, artificial intelligence systems, security, and modeling of processes of various physical natures. He is the author of more than 15 peer-reviewed books and 350 articles in various publishing houses in Russia and abroad. He is guided by the principle of "The goal of science is the search for unity." Burlov developed a theory of system synthesis based on the law of preserving the integrity of an object. He is a certified expert in the quality of professional education of international class. He is particularly known for his work in energy management and environmental technologies that use artificial intelligence to improve user experience and system performance.
