Dr. Gayatriben Bhagavandas Patel Experienced researcher and academician currently serving as a Assistance Professor at Department of Biotechnology and Microbiology, Shri Maneklal M. Patel Institute of Science and Research, Kadi University, Gandhinagar, sector-15, Gujarat, India. 13 years of teaching experience. Ph.D in biotechnology and main research area is soapstock degradation. Expertise lies in the field of biotechnology and microbiology with a focus on resolving environmental issues. Presented research at conferences and also published research papers in journals. Published 5 papers in peer reviewed international journals and also published four book chapters in various books (Springer and Elsevier Journals).
