Title : Fe doped MoS2 nanozymes for sensitive determination of H2O2 in milk
Abstract:
In recent years, due to its unique physical and chemical properties, molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) has been dubbed nanozyme and is widely used in the fields of biomedicine, antibacterial applications, biosensors and so on. In this paper, Fe-doped MoS2 was synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method. It showed outstanding peroxide-like properties under acidic conditions. Therewith, a colorimetric determination platform of Fe-MoS2-TMB-H2O2 was constructed. The catalyst exhibited a greatly wide linear range of 10-100 µmol·L-1 with low limit of detection (LOD) of 5 µmol·L-1 under optimal reaction conditions. The method was further applied to the detection of H2O2 in milk, and showed good reliability and stability.
