Orofacial Dentistry treats patients suffering from muscle, nerve, or joint discomfort in the head, neck, mouth, face, and jaw. Orofacial discomfort is a dental speciality that deals with the treatment and management of facial pain. Any dental work that enhances the appearance (but not necessarily the functionality) of teeth, gums, and/or bite is referred to as cosmetic dentistry. It generally focuses on improving the colour, position, shape, size, alignment, and overall appearance of the teeth. Once someone has attained and is able to maintain good oral health, cosmetic dentistry can make significant improvements to your teeth and smile. Although not all treatment choices may be suited for you, there are techniques to restore or replace chipped, discoloured, misshapen, crooked, or missing teeth.
