Building three-dimensional objects or components from the ground up, often layer by layer, is a method known as additive manufacturing or free-form manufacturing. Through the application of laser curing of UV polymer technology, stereo lithography SL, a 3D design technique, introduced additive manufacturing in 1987. This has undergone several revisions since it first started. 3D printing and 4D printing are the results of additive manufacturing. 3D printing is the process of producing a 3D project from a CAD model or digital 3D model. The deployment of 3D lithography, which has the potential to have a significant influence on everything from personal gadgets to aircraft equipment, has lately drawn attention.
