Biography:
Dorota Zielińska, PhD, DSc, is an Associate Professor at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), Institute of Human Nutrition Sciences, Poland. Her research bridges food technology, nutrition and health sciences, focusing on microbiological food safety, probiotics and prebiotics, gut microbiota, fermented foods and in vitro digestion. She has authored or co-authored of many scientific publications which explores functional microorganisms and their potential role in improving food quality, safety and human health.
