Biography:

Saloua Elamari, graduated in endocrinology and metabolic diseases in December 2015, has been an associate professor at UM6SS since November 2023. She has a particular interest in nutritional diseases, especially obesity, and is a member of the educational committee of the clinical nutrition master's program at the university.
