International Nutrition Research Conference

It is a great honor and pleasure to welcome you to the 9th Edition of the International Nutrition Research Conference (Nutrition 2026), taking place from September 14–16, 2026, in Rome. I am truly delighted to participate as a Scientific Committee Member and Keynote Speaker at this distinguished international gathering. Conferences such as Nutrition 2026 serve as vital platforms for fostering meaningful scientific dialogue, strengthening interdisciplinary collaborations, and advancing innovation in nutrition science. At a time when global health challenges are increasingly complex, our collective expertise and shared commitment are more important than ever.

One of the most pressing concerns we face today is the rising prevalence of childhood obesity. A growing body of evidence indicates that many obesity risk factors originate in the earliest phases of life. The first 1,000 days- from conception to two years of age- represent a uniquely sensitive window that shapes long-term health trajectories and food preferences. During this period, rapid brain development and sensory learning occur, while nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental exposures exert profound and lasting influences on metabolism, behavior, and overall health outcomes.

Dietary intake during early life plays a pivotal role in modulating childhood obesity risk. Healthy infant feeding practices not only support optimal growth and development but also help establish food preferences and eating behaviors that often persist into later childhood and beyond. Infancy, therefore, represents a critical opportunity to promote positive dietary habits and foster lifelong health. Moreover, the early development of taste perception and food pleasure significantly influences children’s subsequent food preferences and choices. Understanding how sensory experiences shape eating behaviors offers valuable insight into designing effective prevention strategies and public health interventions.

As we gather in this historic city, may this conference inspire dynamic discussions, groundbreaking research, and collaborative efforts that will advance our understanding and strengthen our impact in improving global nutrition and child health. I look forward to the insightful exchanges and meaningful connections that Nutrition 2026 will undoubtedly bring. Thank you, and welcome to this exceptional scientific event.

Yours Sincerely
Prof. Dr. Andrea Maier Noeth University of Albstadt-Sigmaringen

Dear congress visitors - Nutrition

It is a pleasure to welcome you to this meeting dedicated to advances in metabolic research. Growing evidence highlights how dietary factors, particularly high-fructose intake, contribute to obesity, insulin resistance, and systemic inflammation, emphasizing the need for innovative preventive strategies.

Recent progress in microbiota research and probiotic science is opening new perspectives for metabolic health. Targeted interventions, including spore-based probiotics, show promising potential in modulating gut integrity, inflammation, and energy metabolism through coordinated, multi-level mechanisms.

Understanding the interplay between nutrition, microbiota, and physiological adaptation is essential to develop effective and personalized approaches against metabolic disorders.

I hope this congress will stimulate fruitful discussions, foster collaborations, and inspire new ideas to advance our knowledge in this rapidly evolving field.

Welcome, and I wish you a productive and inspiring meeting.

Yours Sincerely

Nutrition 2026

It is a great honor and pleasure to welcome you to the 9th Edition of the International Nutrition Research Conference (Nutrition 2026), taking place from September 14-16, 2026, in Rome, Italy. I am delighted to participate as a Scientific Committee Member and Keynote Speaker at this distinguished event. Conferences like Nutrition 2026 play an essential role in fostering meaningful discussions, strengthening collaborations, and advancing knowledge in nutrition science. As consumer expectations evolve, we are challenged to develop ingredients that not only nourish but also promote environmental responsibility. Green banana flour, produced from unripe pulp and peel, represents one such opportunity—transforming an underutilized resource into a sustainable functional ingredient. Naturally rich in dietary fiber and antioxidants, it shows promising potential to enhance satiety and improve intestinal health. I invite you to explore how science-driven innovation can bridge sustainability, functionality, and healthy food development for a better future.

Yours Sincerely

Nutrition Conferences

Dear congress participants - Nutrition

It is a great honor and pleasure to write the welcoming remarks. Improvements in analytical methods largely determine the current level of scientific development, including those related to human and animal biochemistry, physiology, and nutrition. Examples include powerful but expensive methods such as tandem mass spectrometry (MS), MALDI-TOF MS, and others. On the other hand, practical work in animal husbandry requires the development of relatively simple and inexpensive methods for analyzing biological fluids (blood, milk), such as measuring the total antioxidants (Animals, 2023;13(10):1706; 2021;11(8):2400; 2020;10(7):1186), amino acids (Molecules, 2022;27:2278) dynamic tensiometry (Siberian Journal of Life Sciences and Agriculture, 2023;15(4):468–493), and others. This opens up new opportunities for monitoring the physiological and biochemical state of animals and the quality of human food products. Humanity will not give up consuming animal-based foods, so it is necessary to make their production process efficient and compliant with modern environmental requirements.

Yours Sincerely

Nutrition Research Conference

Dear conference attendees

Dear conference attendees, I present this welcome note for the 9th Edition of International Nutrition Research Conference. The designated theme "Nutrition for Health, Equity, and Sustainability" provides a critical and necessary framework for contemporary food science. Evaluating global dietary patterns systematically is essential to address these interconnected public health objectives. In my virtual keynote presentation on "Chinese tea and human health", we will objectively examine the bioactive components of this traditional and popular beverage and their documented health benefits as well as underlying mechanisms. Investigating traditional functional dietary elements through rigorous nutritional science yields applicable, evidence-based data for broader population health strategies, highlighting the concept of "Food as Medicine". This hybrid conference format, bridging the venue in Rome with global online participants, enables a comprehensive scientific dialogue. I anticipate a highly constructive exchange of empirical research outcomes throughout the proceedings.

Yours Sincerely

Food and Nutrition Conference

Dear visitors of congress

As we feel and perceive, the world is undergoing serious challenges of hunger, poverty and mal nutrition affecting adversely on the pledged attainment of SDG as proclaimed by UN declaration. We have to feed close to ten billion of population on our good earth by 2050 by ensuring around 60 per cent enhancement of agrifood production from less and lesser resources and harsh and harsher stresses. There shall be quite a good number of nations on this planet struggling with the bitter scarcity of ground water, less than 1100 cubic meter per capita per year to sustain agriculture, animal rearing, health and nutrition. We need a global network and intimate organizational osmosis to reengineer and restructure our citadel of thinking process and anatomy of research.

Let’s come together to put both of our mind and motivation for a global cause, and of course enjoy the ecstasy of getting acquainted to each other’s vision , missions and milestones.

Yours Sincerely
