Biography:

Zaitsev S.Yu. graduated from the Moscow State University (1980); worked: Shemyakin–Ovchinnikov Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences (1980-1999); Moscow State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology named after K.I. Scriabin (1999-2019); Federal Research Center for Animal Husbandry named after Academy Member L.K. Ernst (2019-now). Prof. Zaitsev worked as researcher in the USA and German institutes (1991–1993). Prof. Ph.D., D.Sc. Zaitsev has authored over 600 scientific publications, including 15 monographs, 300 articles, 11 patents; has supervised 2 D.Sc. and 20 Ph.D.-students. Zaitsev S.Yu.
