Biography:
Aissaoui Zitoun Ouarda since 2024, she is full professor of foods science at the University of Mentouri Brothers of Constantine, INATAA institute. Since 2004, she is lecturer for degree courses in Food Science and Technology, and is involved in research activities in the field of traditional dairy products; foods transformation and microbiology. She has several publications on those topics. She activate as researcher in tow laboratories, in Agro-Food Engineering Laboratory, as a team leader on microbiological engineering and food processing and actually as a team leader also in Processing & Elaboration of Food Productsteam of Nutrition and Food Technology Laboratory.
