Biography:

Amina Tahar is an Assistant professor (Level B) and Researcher at the Houari Boumediene University of Science and Technology. She obtained her doctorate in 2018, specialising in nutrition and dietetics in human pathologies. She was recruited to the university as assistant professor B in 2023. In February 2024, she became an Associate Professor (Level B)
