Biography:
Rebecca Williams MSc, RNutr studied Sports and Exercise Sciences BSc at Birmingham University and Applied Sport and Exercise Nutrition MSc at Oxford Brookes University, graduating in the latter in 2013. She has worked at GlaxoSmithKline Human Performance Lab before joining Huel in 2018. In her role as Senior Nutrition Manager, Rebecca is a pivotal member of Huel’s Sustainable Nutrition team playing a crucial role in product development, nutrition regulation, public relations and research. She leads the scientific trials projects at Huel, an area that has grown significantly in the last 18 months.
