Biography:

Amani Abdullah Alfarraj is a PhD candidate in Clinical Nutrition at King Saud University and Head of the Clinical Nutrition Department at King Saud Medical City, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Her research focuses on clinical nutrition, bariatric surgery, inflammatory bowel disease, evidence synthesis, and artificial intelligence applications in nutrition. She has received several research awards and has presented her work at international scientific conferences.
