We are pleased to share that the 8th Edition of International Nutrition Research Conference, ( Nutrition 2025 ) was successfully held from September 8–10, 2025, in Valencia, Spain. This global gathering brought together leading researchers, nutritionists, healthcare professionals, scientists, and industry experts to exchange knowledge, present cutting-edge research, and discuss the latest developments in nutrition and health sciences. Over three enriching days, the conference featured keynote lectures, plenary sessions, workshops, and poster presentations, covering a wide spectrum of topics including clinical nutrition, dietary strategies for chronic disease management, nutritional genomics, sustainable food systems, and public health nutrition. The enthusiastic participation and high-quality contributions of our distinguished speakers, delegates, and sponsors played a vital role in making this edition a remarkable success.
