Biography:
Ivonne Martinez Uribe is a student in the Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Wellness at Tecnológico de Monterrey. She currently serves as Vice President of the Nutrition and Wellness Student Society at her university. Ivonne has participated in multiple health education campaigns and is particularly interested in childhood nutrition and community-based interventions. She is also involved in interdisciplinary projects that aim to apply nutritional knowledge to public health challenges in Mexico.
