Biography:
Dr. Soro Soronikpoho, received a PhD degree in 2014, at the Félix HOUPHOUËT-BOIGNY University, Côte d'Ivoire. I then joined the research group of Food Sciences at the UFR Biosciences. I graduated as Associoate Professor in 1999. at the same institution. In addition to teaching nutrition, my main research area is the promotion of food products with high nutritional value formulated by fortification, and from agricultural resources and/or local spontaneous plant products. I am also building expertise and consulting in Food Safety (ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, Global GAP, Organic product, ...), Quality - Health safety - Environment. I published more than 25 research articles in SCI (E) journals).
