In structural genomics, high-throughput protein expression and purification play a critical role. In fact, the largest impediment to the conversion of protein structure determination to a high-throughput format will most likely be crystallographic-quality protein manufacturing on the scale required to generate tens to hundreds of different proteins every day. Protein expression and purification are restricted in structural biology due to high-throughput efforts. The bulk of gene constructs must, first and foremost, be expressed in a synchronised manner. Second, the purification process used to purify the majority of produced proteins should be as comparable as possible in order to obtain the high-quality material required for structural research. High-throughput proteomics is a rapidly expanding science that allows for the global profiling of proteins in biological systems. These high-throughput technical breakthroughs are enabling investigations at the size of entire systems (e.g., whole cells, cancers, or environmental communities), which is fuelling a revolution in biology. However, only recognising the proteins in a cell is insufficient for comprehending the total system's underlying intricacy and functioning mechanics.
This is to inform that due to some circumstances beyond the organizer control, “Euro Global Conference on Proteomics, Genomics and Bioinformatics” (Proteomics 2023) during September 18-20, 2023 at Valencia, Spain has been postponed. The updated dates and venue will be displayed shortly.
Your registration can be transferred to the next edition, if you have already confirmed your participation at the event.
