Transcriptomics is described as the study of the transcriptome—the entire collection of RNA—as well as expression profiling, which is the study of the levels of mRNA expression in a given cell type. The study of the 'transcriptome,' a term that was initially used to refer to a full set of transcripts, is known as transcriptomics. The term transcriptome now refers to the entire collection of ribonucleic acid (RNA) molecules expressed in a specific entity, such as a cell, tissue, or organism. The term "transcriptomics" refers to everything that has to do with RNAs. Their transcription and expression levels, roles, locations, trafficking, and degradation are all included. It also provides the start locations, 5′ and 3′ end sequences, splicing patterns, and posttranscriptional alterations of transcripts and their parent genes. Transcriptomics is the study of all types of transcripts, including messenger RNAs (mRNAs), microRNAs (miRNAs), and other long noncoding RNAs (LNAs). Modern transcriptomics use high-throughput technologies to examine the expression of many transcripts in a variety of physiological and pathological circumstances, rapidly expanding our knowledge of the link between the transcriptome and phenotype in a wide spectrum of living organisms.
This is to inform that due to some circumstances beyond the organizer control, “Euro Global Conference on Proteomics, Genomics and Bioinformatics” (Proteomics 2023) during September 18-20, 2023 at Valencia, Spain has been postponed. The updated dates and venue will be displayed shortly.
Your registration can be transferred to the next edition, if you have already confirmed your participation at the event.
